Entering details of your event.

It is important to fill in all three tabs General, Repeating and Location, before clicking the Next or save buttons.

  • This is the first screen you will see after ckicking + in the date box.
  • It confirms which calender your are posting an event to.

This is the next page.

  • Enter a title for your event.
  • If your event has a start and end time, choose a start time.
  • Then select duration.
  • If you event is to last all day, click radio button all day event.
  • It is important to complete all three tabs before clicking next.
  • Then choose a start time.

Your contact details.

In this section you enter your contact details and describe your event.

  • Enter your name in the name field.
  • Then your email address.
  • In the URL box enter the address of your website e.g. http://www.mysite.com
  • In the Notes window describe your event this a WYSIWUG If you want to paste information into the editor, right clicking isn't working correctly follow the directions below.
  • Copy your information to your clipboard, then type anything in the the notes pane, highlight it with your mouce you will then be able to right click and paste.
