The ground floor has displays of Neolithic axe heads and numerous medieval and later weapons, also a nineteenth century jaunting car, and kitchen and dairy equipment from the same period. On the first floor are memorabilia of the Irish war of independence and civil war (1916-22), as well as cannon and musket balls found nearby at the site of the battle of Vinegar Hill (1798) also cross slabs and church vestments.
