Liz also has certificates in Irish Home Hospitality, Tourism Awarness, in the principles and practices of Food Hygiene and a certificate in Meat Cookery.

Accommodation is provided in a modern bungalow adjacent to a well preserved thatched farm cottage with beautifully maintained gardens and patio for guest use.
